Indiana, PA, a regional bank that we represent exclusively, has committed
$134,000,000 of mortgage loans in 2008 to the Upstate New York area.
In 2009, S&T has allocated at least $150,000,000 to the Upstate New York area.
In
addition, once a relationship has been established with a commercial borrower,
S&T Bank will follow that borrower to forty (40) + states to fund projects. S&T
will fund projects requiring as little as $500,000 or as much as $20,000,000.
