    Apartment Financing

Our firm specializes in financing Apartment Loans.  We have funded over $425,000,000 over the past five years.  Our lenders continue to look for this product type, which includes long term, fixed rate, non-recourse, assumable loans, based on a minimum 30 year amortization.  We provide both Construction and Permanent Mortgage Financing.

    Manufactured Housing (Mobile Home Parks)

Our lenders continue to look for this product type, which includes long term, fixed rate, non-recourse, assumable loans, based on a minimum 30 year amortization.  We provide both Construction and Permanent Mortgage Financing.

    General Purpose Real Estate

This product type includes Office, Retail, Industrial and other general purpose projects.  We provide both fixed rate and floating rate programs for Construction, Acquisition or Refinancing for quality real estate projects.

    Hotels

Hotel financing in today’s marketplace has been difficult to find.  We continue to offer programs to our borrowers, and just recently funded (11/2008) two Holiday Inn Express Hotels under a Fixed Rate Program. In addition, we are completing a Construction Loan with our lender in the Buffalo Marketplace.

AMC can arrange financing for new hotel developments as well as the refinancing of existing properties. Our lending programs include loans from $3,000,000 to $20,000,000.  We provide both fixed rate and floating rate programs for Construction, Acquisition or Refinancing for quality real estate projects.

    Health Care

We provide both fixed rate and floating rate programs for Construction, Acquisition or Refinancing of Health Care facilities.  These facilities can either be Independent Living, Assisted Living or Nursing Homes.

    Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Enhance Development

AMC has worked with numerous not-for-profit community organizations that are committed to providing quality, affordable housing for low income residents.  AMC has arranged construction, rehab and permanent financing for these often complicated projects.

    Equity Participations

AMC has assembled a significant group of investors who are eager to become Equity Participants in quality developments being financed by AMC. These investors have come to rely on the sound judgment and proven underwriting ability of AMC. With historic returns exceeding 20% per year and relatively short investment terms, AMC's equity investors have prospered and remain committed to future opportunities.
